Communication with School Authorities:
Our facilitators are committed to providing quality education and care during school hours. Their focus remains on teaching and engaging with learners.
We request parents to communicate with humility, patience, and respect. Disrespectful behavior demoralizes staff and impacts the school environment.
Please allow adequate time for teachers to respond; they will revert at the earliest opportunity after teaching hours.
Every query, concern, or suggestion will be addressed by the concerned facilitator or school authorities.

Additionally, any grievance or concern can easily be raised through a “Service Request” on the ERP for prompt redressal.
Lunch Guidelines:
Learners are requested to carry their lunch from home when they arrive at school in the morning.
In order to maintain safety and avoid interruptions to teaching hours, lunch boxes brought later and left at the security room or reception will no longer be forwarded to classrooms.
Parents are encouraged to ensure their child carries everything needed for the day before leaving home. Parent Appointments
Parents/guardians who wish to meet the Head of School or Vice Principal must schedule an appointment in advance through the school office.
Walk-in meetings without prior appointment will not be possible due to the disruption of the school schedule.
